Within 48 hours of the call, our team will personalize a strategy and recruitment plan for you to review and approve.

In approximately 2 weeks, a shortlist of potential candidate options will be provided to you. A virtual meeting is arranged and you can make your final decision. It’ll take 1 – 3 weeks to (recruitment time will depend on the role).

When you’re ready, we’ll employ the Online Professional Agent and take them through onboarding orientation and set-up. We’ll formally introduce them to our team and yours and help set up all the expectations, so everyone is on the same page.

The price will vary depending on the experience, skillset and hours required for the job. Once you’ve completed your insight call, we will clarify these details in your strategy portrait.

From end to end, our team will take care of the entire process. The hiring, orientation, set-up, HR, and payroll.

After your initial two months acclamation period, our customer support team is available to assist. You’ll also always have access to your assigned Munrohall Team member for urgent matters.
